Promised Land Theater
Productions Inc. is currently seeking investors and corporate
sponsors to stage this play
in Atlanta and other U.S. cities including Boston, Miami, New York,
Chicago, Nashville, Los Angeles, Washington, Dallas, Charlotte and New Orleans
in 2008.
The cost of this
production, as detailed in the business plan,
is $120,000 (One Hundred twenty thousand dollars) per city.
Staging five
productions in each city with this investment will allow hundreds of
youngsters from across the country to hear, experience and reach the
Promised Land set forth in the dream by Martin Luther King Jr.
By becoming a sponsor
of one city or hopefully the entire theatrical production of Gone
Too Soon, you will enable actors, singers, dancers and
technicians of each of the ten communities to engage in activities
that promote personal growth.
These Civil Rights
re-enactments will improve the lives of disadvantaged youths who
participate or attend these events both in their educational and
artistic development. Your generous contribution to this our
thirteenth production will also help make this stage play an event
that can be taken to additional cities each year or to the big
screen to engage a larger audience.
By adding additional
shows, Gone Too Soon can also aid in fundraising efforts of your
favorite charity and other organizations such as the MLK memorial in
Washington.
